We are The Cat Butler, the professional cat care service that visits your cat/s in their home when you need to be away.
With over 15 years experience we know how much cats love to be at home. They’re creatures of routine, comfort and they’re happiest of course with their humans.
But we all need a break or a holiday from time to time and we’re desperate for our furry family members to be well cared for, calm and happy.
We are cat lovers and owners ourselves, we know how hard it is to leave them so we take care of you as well while you’re away.
At home your cats receive from us:
- Daily food, fresh water and tidy litter and care as prescribed by you,
- Receive unconditional love and attention on every visit by the same Cat Butler*,
- Comfort and safety, knowing they can sleep and hide in their favourite places, go in their own litter, drink from their favourite water bowl and eat and graze on their favourite food,
- and gentle attention, from play, to brushing, fresh air in their own space, to sitting quietly on our lap and being comforted.
We care for you too
- We know exactly what it’s like for you to leave your cats; it’s upsetting and stressful and you can feel guilty
- which is why we keep in touch with you daily, keeping you informed regularly with images and/or video of your cat/s, depending on your chosen communication method.
- we’re happy to meet you, at no charge, before you proceed with a booking.
- we share our drivers license, National Police Check and Public Liability Insurance with you.
- You have the same dedicated Cat Butler* visiting your cat/s and keeping in touch with you for the duration of your booking.
- (*If for any reason a Cat Butler cannot attend, there is a back up Cat Butler to take over, keeping you well informed throughout a hand-over, keeping the visits and your booking running smoothly).
- We are competitively priced, offering tailored options and provide discounts for longer duration bookings.
